DFS is a freight forwarding company that has grown without advertising, without a large sales team, and without the infrastructure of the big names. What it has is a network, a reputation, and a team that gets the job done regardless of the hour, the destination, or the complexity.
The operation is lean on purpose. Every person in it carries real responsibility — not a narrow job description that ends at the edge of their department. If a shipment needs solving at 10pm on a Thursday, it gets solved.
